Marriage License
Requirements
- Both parties must be present
- Cash only
- Eighteen years of age or older
- License is good for 30 days anywhere in the State of Tennessee
- No waiting period
- Pre-marital counseling certificate (form must be NOTARIZED)
- Marriage license (on line application) (must click on tab marked Williamson)
- Provide driver’s license
- Social Security card
- Passports
- copy of final divorce decree, signed by the Judge
Fee
- $40 with pre-marital counseling
- $100 without counseling certification
